Overall - incredibly friendly and excellent place with kind staff especially at the reception desk. Relaxing rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, fantastic value. Marvellous location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Civic Museum.

The room I booked was huge and nicely furnished with a balcony or terrace, privat bathroom plus all the amenities as expected.

Absolutely fabulous small hotel. Very pleasant staff, excellent service. Overall quiet atmosphere. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, central heating, and a work desk in the room. Excellent view from the window to river. Great area, great location, really close to main sights, a main shopping street and railway station. For tea or coffee visit Il Venexino nearby. Simply no complaints whatsoever, really really nice stay.
